A person was struck at the Herseaux level crossing shortly before 3:00 p.m. on Saturday followingnoon. The spokesperson was unaware of the victim’s state of health.
Rail traffic is interrupted “for an indefinite period” between Froyennes and Mouscron, in both directions. SNCB will set up an alternative bus service to connect these two stations, the Infrabel spokesperson further clarified.
