The first Michelin Guide Food Festival in the region, which was recently organized in the Louvre Abu Dhabi Garden, under the slogan “Discover the Art of Flavors,” shed light on the diverse culinary arts scene in the emirate, through its program full of performances and experiences, with the participation of a group of the brightest chefs.
Chefs from 16 Michelin Guide restaurants gathered in the Louvre Abu Dhabi Garden, presenting special menus that gave visitors the opportunity to explore flavors from various cuisines of the world.
The Michelin Guide awards excellent ratings of up to three stars to a selection of the best restaurants around the world. The launch of the festival coincided with the Emirati restaurant “Irth” obtaining a Michelin star, joining three other restaurants in Abu Dhabi that have won the prestigious star.
The first session of the festival reviewed the importance of diversity of flavors in the world of cooking, especially if they combine in harmony in one dish.
