Vienna – After the allegations of sexual violence and rape once morest the French actor Gérard Depardieu, the French-speaking Swiss public television RTS will no longer broadcast films with the mime in a leading role until further notice – STANDARD reported. The reason: It’s regarding the fact that the majority of the audience can feel hurt by the actor. At the public broadcaster ORF, the question of Depardieu films does not currently arise: “There are currently no feature films with Gérard Depardieu planned,” it says in response to a STANDARD request.
