According to the Institute of Geosciences of the University of Panama, this earthquake had a magnitude of 4.8.

The agency specified in a statement that the seismic network stations detected an earthquake today at 5:35 in the morning.
The epicenter of this earthquake was located 142 kilometers from Pedasí, in Los Santos, Panama, with a surface depth of less than 30 kilometers.
