BAFTA 2024 nominations: Christopher Nolan’s ‘Oppenheimer’ advanced in BAFTA nominations. Oppenheimer leads with 13 nominations. ‘Poor Things’ also leads the competition with 11 nominations. BAFTA released the nominations on January 18. ‘Killers of the Flower Moon’ and ‘The Zone of Interest’ followed with nine nominations. But ‘Barbie’ (Barbie) received only 5 nominations.
The BAFTAs, hosted by David Tennant, will take place on February 18 at London’s Royal Festival Hall.
South London romantic comedy ‘Rye Lane’, epic film ‘Napoleon’, chocolatier’s story ‘Wonka’ and ‘Saltburn’ are also on the nomination list.
