Baronsmead Second Venture Trust PLC – UK-focused venture capital fund managed by Gresham House PLC – extends deadline for early bird discount on subscription offer costs, announced at the end of November, aiming to raise up to £30 million, plus an additional £20 million under the over-allotment facility. Investment manager Gresham House Asset Management Ltd has offered a rebate of £7.5m per company to investors who subscribe by 23 January. Baronsmead Second now extends the deadline to February 8.
