In Ringsjön, the water level increases and thus the flooding. The forecast from SMHI is that the water level will increase by another 6-8 centimeters compared to today. The municipality urges property owners in the risk zone to take measures to protect their properties.

The water level in Ringsjön continues to rise all the time, because more water flows into Ringsjön than flows out.

According to SMHI’s forecast, the water level in Ringsjön will increase by a further 6-8 centimeters compared to today. The increase is expected to last through February 2. However, this is a forecast, in reality water levels may rise even more.
