Author of a high-flying triple double during the Spurs’ success in Toronto, the French pivot has joined a prestigious circle.

Author of 27 points (at 10/14, including 2/4 at 3 points), 14 rebounds and 10 blocks (stat sheet accompanied by 5 assists and 2 interceptions), Victor Wembanyama offered himself a remarkable triple double. He registered as the 5th player following Hakeem Olajuwon (4 times), Kareem Abdul-Jabbar, Ralph Sampson, David Robinson (once) to record more than 25 points, 10 rebounds, 10 blocks and 5 assists.

“For some reason I was having a great day, I started strong. It’s the NBA I imagine, we have ups and downs, tonight was a high,” summarized Victor Wembanyama at a press conference.

San Antonio (11 wins-43 losses) still occupy last place in the Western Conference.
