Clichés or realities is a series of videos which deconstructs preconceived ideas around psychological disorders. In this video, Léa Sonnet (communications manager at Psycom) deconstructs 3 preconceived ideas around bipolar disorders.

Bipolar disorders are characterized by an abnormal variation in mood, with the alternation of two phases: the phase of elation called “manic episode” and a phase of depression, or even deep melancholy called “depressive episode” .
