The National Police of Antioquia, in an operation carried out in the El Triángulo neighborhood of the municipality of Caucasia.
He captured four men and one woman in flagrante delicto for the crime of manufacturing, trafficking, carrying or possession of firearms, accessories, parts or ammunition.
The capture occurred following the community gave timely information to the National Police.
They then managed to identify a suspicious vehicle that was traveling through the area.

Immediately, a control device was deployed that allowed the vehicle to be intercepted and its occupants searched.
In the Caucasia operation, the following were seized:
- 02 revolver-type firearms
- 01 traumatic weapon
- 18 cartridges of different caliber
- 01 truck-type vehicle immobilized with adulterated license plates
- 07 cell phones seized
- 02 vehicle plates
Those captured, along with the seized items, were placed at the disposal of the nation’s attorney general’s office to answer for the crime of manufacturing, trafficking, carrying
or possession of firearms.
