Prague – The Czech secret service has uncovered a propaganda network financed by Moscow. The group used the Prague-based news site Voice of Europe to spread information intended to discourage the European Union from providing aid to Ukraine in the fight once morest the Russian army, Prime Minister Petr Fiala said on Wednesday.
