An investigation by the German judiciary indicates a group of Ukrainians as responsible for the sabotage in September 2022 of the Nord Stream gas pipeline between Russia and Germany. According to a reconstruction by the Wall Street Journal, Ukrainian President Zelensky was aware of the plan but withdrew his consent under pressure from the CIA.
