We are looking for a Marketing Manager to join our team and take our strategies to the next level!
We are seeking a leader who is passionate about marketing with a strong track record in generating leads, increasing brand visibility, and growing sales. We focus on adding a professional with experience and mastery of the latest trends and best practices in marketing.
Your main responsibilities:
– Create and implement effective marketing strategies to promote our products and services.
– Lead and Train: Supervise and develop a team of marketing professionals, ensuring their growth and performance.
– Budget Management: Establish and manage the marketing budget, planning advertising campaigns. Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies that drive brand growth and increase sales.
– Collaborate with Other Departments: Work closely with the commercial sector and product development to align strategies and focus on the customer.
– Monitor campaign performance using key tools and metrics, adjusting strategies to maximize return on investment.
What are we looking for?
– Proven Experience: More than 4 years in similar roles with a demonstrated track record of success.
– Training Bachelor’s/technical degree in Marketing, Communication or related field.
– Mastery of current marketing trends and detailed understanding of our target market.
– Ability to manage and analyze marketing data to make informed decisions.
– Excellent team management, effective communication and teamwork skills.
