A British tourist died during a boat trip in southern Kynouria.
As the Coast Guard reports, the 73-year-old, a citizen of Megali Britaina passenger on a tourist boat, felt sick while swimming.
Immediately there was a mobilization by those present and the 73-year-old was taken to land by the boat’s lifeboat, which was anchored in the bay of Fokianos.
According to the protothema, he was then transported by ambulance to the Leonidio Health Center Arcadiawhere he was pronounced dead.
From the 4th Port Department of Leonidio of the Port Authority of Nafplion, which conducts the preliminary investigation, an autopsy was ordered.
