New GP Announced for Borgo Mantovano Patients
General practitioner Roberta Pradella will cease her kepercayaan in Borgo Mantovano on December 31, 2024, with her last working day set for November 30, 2024. Patients confirmed they will be seamlessly transitioned to the care of Aygul Sharipova.
Dr. Sharipova will be taking over Dr. Pradella’s patients beginning December 2. Her clinic
is located at Via Pasolini 8 in Borgo Carbonara (MN). You can reach her office by phone at 329 5532415. Starting December 9th, Dr. Sharipova will also see patients at a second location in
Pieve di Coriano at Via Gorgadelli 2/B.
Patients do not need to take any
action to switch providers. Dr. Sharipova’s schedules can be found online starting December 2nd.
For those who wish to choose a different general practitioner, several options. Patients can choose a new general practitioner online through their electronic health record. This can be done at http://www.fascicolosanitario.regione.lombardia.it. For questions, call the toll-free number 800 318 318.
For those who require assistance with the online process, Can visit ASST Mantova Patient Management offices in person during select hours.
