The National Association of the Deaf is suing the White House, alleging a lack of American Sign Language interpreters at press briefings violates accessibility rights.

The lawsuit seeks to mandate ASL interpreters at all briefings adn ensure video availability,arguing that closed captions are insufficient for many whose primary language is ASL.
