Toluca, Méx. The Attorney General of the State of Mexico (FGJEM) captured Alejandro Germán “N” on Thursday, known as Lord Padel, along with his wife and two escorts, who were located at the Cancun International Airport, Quintana Roo.
Germán “N” and his escorts, will face accusations for crime of homicide qualified in a attempt, after they brutally hit a paddle instructor identified as Israel Morales Hernández, during a tournament held in Atizapán de Zaragoza.
Through social networks, the Mexican Prosecutor’s Office reported compliance with the arrest warrant against Alejandro Germán “N”, Othon “N”, Karla Alejandra “N” and Germán “N”, investigated for his probable intervention in the crime of homicide qualified in the degree of attempt, for events recorded on July 19.
Two of the detainees exhibited copies an alleged amparo that would avoid their apprehension, but the State Prosecutor said that it did not formally receive a district judge, so they will be transferred to ministerial headquarters in the entity.
Lord Padel with his alleged accomplices were arrested at the Cancun airport, in joint action of the State Prosecutor’s Office with the Attorney General’s Office and the Attorney General of Quintana Roo.
The aggression occurred at the facilities of the Alpha Padel Club, and was recorded on video, in whose images Alejandro Germán “N” is observed and several of his escorts hit Israel Morales Hernández, Padel Instructor, who tried to mediate a discussion during the tournament.
In the same recording it is observed that one of the bodyguards submitted the instructor, giving him multiple blows and death threats.
Morales Hernández filed a formal complaint with the Attorney General of the State of Mexico for the crime of attempted homicide.
Meanwhile, Israel Morales is still in medical recovery, facing the physical and emotional sequelae of the attack.
