Grenoble, France – A new marketing group, Purpl, is set to launch in october 2025, combining the strengths of marketing firms GTEC and MITI. The initiative, spearheaded by Thibaut Baron and Emilie Le Douaron, aims to streamline production and attract specialized talent within the tech sector.
Currently, GTEC boasts €1.2 million in revenue and MITI €500,000. The newly formed group, organized as a Simplified Joint Stock Company (SAS),anticipates achieving €5 million in turnover by 2029 while expanding it’s team to 40 employees.
Baron explains that the consolidation is a response to internal duplication. “We realized we were duplicating roles,” he stated. “Purpl will become the central production hub handling market studies, PR, and website development, while GTEC and MITI will focus on client strategy and support.”
The restructuring involves GTEC rebranding with a focus on digital tech, operating with a reduced team of four. Ten of the 14 existing GTEC staff will transition to Purpl. Simultaneously, MITI will scale down to four employees, with one joining the Purpl production team. An additional four hires are planned for Purpl,as the group looks to build a robust production engine.
A core driver behind Purpl’s creation is the ability to attract top-tier experts. “It’s challenging for smaller agencies to recruit highly specialized talent without guaranteed consistent work,” Baron noted. “Purpl,as a central resource serving multiple firms, becomes significantly more attractive to those experts.”
The group intends to welcome additional tech-focused firms in the coming years, creating a network encompassing areas like Medtech, Fintech, and Greentech. This expansion will position Purpl to serve a broad spectrum of the technology industry.
