This is a key role within the Building Solutions brand, focused on the execution phase of electrical installations for advancement, renovation, and rehabilitation projects.

The Role:
The Business Manager will be responsible for the complete lifecycle of operations – from study phase to project handover – ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Reporting to the Group Manager, key responsibilities include:
* Responding to tenders and collaborating with costing teams.
* Sourcing and managing subcontractors and suppliers.
* Accurately costing projects.
* Overseeing study completion with the Execution Design Office.
* Managing the technical and economic aspects of contracts.
* Preparing sites and supervising work execution.
* Leading and mentoring a field team including site managers, team leaders, and electricians.
* Representing SDEL TERTIAIRE in client meetings.
* Managing site acceptance and resolving any outstanding issues.
* Providing financial and commercial reporting.
* Championing the company’s commitment to Quality, Safety, and Environmental responsibility.
