Using cutting-edge artificial intelligence technology, Darling recently took the stage in London, delivering a deeply emotional performance with his former bandmates, The Ceili House Band. This marked his first time performing with the band since his diagnosis at age 29, a moment made possible by AI tools that recreated his singing voice from archived recordings.

Facing the loss of his voice, Darling was connected with a speech therapist who suggested “voice banking” – a process where individuals record their voice to create synthetic speech sounds activated by text. This led him to explore AI-powered voice cloning technology.
