flydubai has filed an operational schedule for a new route to Thailand, with plans to launch service between Dubai and Bangkok Don Mueang airport on September 15, 2026. The carrier intends to operate the route twice daily using Boeing 737 MAX 8 aircraft, according to a notice posted on the airline’s website.
The planned schedule, effective the week of September 27, 2026, outlines two daily departures from Dubai International (DXB). Flight FZ1345 is scheduled to depart DXB at 0120, arriving at Don Mueang International Airport (DMK) at 1110. A second daily flight, FZ1335, is slated to leave DXB at 1100, landing in Bangkok at 2045. Return flights are scheduled with FZ1346 departing DMK at 1210 and arriving in Dubai at 1540, and FZ1336 leaving DMK at 2350 and arriving in Dubai at 0320 the following day.
The launch of the Dubai-Bangkok route marks a significant expansion of flydubai’s presence in the Thai market. The airline recently established a second route to Thailand, and the addition of double-daily service to Bangkok is intended to boost connectivity between the two countries, according to Arabian Business. Gulf News reported that the new service will connect Dubai to a major Asian tourist destination.
Whereas the schedule has been filed, flydubai has cautioned that further changes are possible. AeroRoutes initially reported the Bangkok launch as tentatively scheduled for September 2026.
