The price of Antam gold rose sharply on Tuesday, February 24, 2026, continuing a strengthening trend since the weekend, according to a report from Tempo.co English. The 24-karat Antam gold price increased by Rp 40,000 per gram to Rp 3,068,000 per gram.
As of Tuesday, the smallest unit price for gold, 0.5 grams, was Rp 1,584,000, according to Logam Mulia Antam. A 10-gram bar of gold sold for Rp 30,175,000, whereas the largest size, 1,000 grams (1 kg), was priced at Rp 3,008,600,000.
Over the past week, Antam gold prices have fluctuated between Rp 2,878,000 and Rp 3,068,000 per gram. In the last month, the price has ranged from Rp 2,844,000 to Rp 3,168,000 per gram.
The buyback price for gold also increased by Rp 41,000 per gram to Rp 2,854,000 per gram. The buyback price is the amount Antam will pay for gold sold back to them.
According to Indonesian Finance Minister Regulation (PMK) Number 81 of 2024, buyback transactions exceeding Rp 10,000,000 are subject to a 1.5% Income Tax (PPh) Article 22, which will be deducted directly from the total transaction value during the buyback process.
Detailed pricing for various gold weights is as follows: 0.5 grams – Rp 1,584,000; 1 gram – Rp 3,068,000; 2 grams – Rp 6,076,000; 3 grams – Rp 9,089,000; 5 grams – Rp 15,115,000; 10 grams – Rp 30,175,000; 25 grams – Rp 75,312,000; 50 grams – Rp 150,545,000; 100 grams – Rp 301,012,000; 250 grams – Rp 752,265,000; 500 grams – Rp 1,504,320,000; and 1,000 grams – Rp 3,008,600,000.
Gold prices for 9 karat to 23 karat jewelry were also available as of Tuesday, February 24, 2026, according to Pintu.
