Job Responsibilities and Requirements
The LPN will be responsible for providing direct patient care under the direction of a Registered Nurse. The position requires a physical capacity to exert 20 to 50 pounds of force occasionally, and 10 to 25 pounds frequently, with frequent walking, standing, or squatting. The role involves a rotating schedule of days and evenings, with every other weekend required, and shifts including 6:00am-1:00pm, 12:30pm-9:00pm, 12:00pm-8:30pm on weekdays, and 7:00am-3:30pm or 3:00pm-11:30pm on weekends.
Compensation and Benefits
The pay range for this full-time LPN position is $27.75 to $33.75 per hour. Rochester Regional Health notes that this range is a good faith estimate and may be adjusted based on experience, qualifications, and other factors. Mileage reimbursement is provided for travel between the designated home base facility and other locations, which may include up to four sites in Rochester and one in Newark.
