Former Miss World Taťána Kuchařová appears to be entering a more positive chapter in her life, despite ongoing legal battles with her ex-husband, Ondřej Brzobohatý, according to recent reports from Czech media outlets.
Kuchařová, who won the Miss Czech Republic and Miss World titles in 2006, was observed at a social event in Prague on February 25, 2026, radiating “good energy,” according to eXtra.cz. This positive demeanor is reportedly linked to a new relationship, though Kuchařová has remained guarded about her personal life.
“I’m not the type to meet people through Instagram or social media or dating sites. That’s really not for me,” Kuchařová stated, as reported by Czech news sources. She indicated she is no longer actively dating and appears to have a partner.
The shift in Kuchařová’s outlook comes amidst a protracted and highly public legal dispute with Brzobohatý, stemming from their divorce in 2021. While a ruling was issued in January 2026, it is currently being appealed, leaving the matter unresolved. “If it were behind me, I would really be able to relax, but I fear that it isn’t yet, so we’ll see,” Kuchařová told media. She described the process as a “great test of my mental resilience” and believes she is handling it well.
The legal battle took a particularly sensational turn in 2023 when details from Kuchařová’s petition for church annulment of their marriage were leaked to the press. The filings, reported by Blesk, included allegations concerning Brzobohatý’s personal life, specifically claims that he engaged in cross-dressing and requested sexual assistance in doing so. Brzobohatý subsequently admitted to cross-dressing, characterizing it as a form of art therapy and identifying his female alter ego as “Tiffany Richbitch.” He maintained that he is heterosexual.
Brzobohatý accused Kuchařová of leaking the documents to discredit him, also raising the issue of his infertility as a reason they could not have children. A court ultimately ruled in Brzobohatý’s favor, finding that Kuchařová had damaged his reputation and violated his privacy by publicizing details from the church annulment proceedings.
Kuchařová has been ordered to publicly apologize to Brzobohatý for the false claims made about his sexual orientation in Blesk and on her social media accounts, and to pay damages of 250,000 Czech koruna (approximately $10,700 USD as of March 6, 2026). Brzobohatý was also ordered to apologize to Kuchařová for accusing her of disseminating the annulment documents to the media. Kuchařová expressed skepticism that Brzobohatý would comply with the court’s order regarding the apology, stating, “The court case is primarily Tiffany’s court case, which he initiated, and I don’t expect him to apologize for publishing it himself.” She also indicated she may appeal the ruling.
Brzobohatý has since remarried to Daniela Písařovicová.
