Argentine actress and influencer Sofía Pachano recently shared personal details about her new motherhood journey and a memorable childhood experience during an appearance on Mirtha Legrand’s talk demonstrate. Pachano revealed that the birth of her son, Vito, has had a profoundly positive impact on her father, Aníbal Pachano, who is recovering from cancer. She as well recounted a surprising moment from her youth: being lifted onstage by Michael Jackson during his 1994 concert in Argentina.

Pachano and her partner, Santiago Ramundo, welcomed Vito on January 20th, a birth she described as a life-changing event. The arrival of her son has brought renewed vitality to her father, Aníbal Pachano, according to reports. Legrand, the talk show host, noted that Aníbal Pachano was “enloquecido” (delighted) with his grandson, and that Vito had “revived” him, connecting him to a new part of life. Pachano confirmed this, stating that recent medical tests showed positive results, attributing them in part to the joy Vito has brought.

The conversation took a nostalgic turn when Pachano recalled a unique experience from her childhood. In 1994, she was selected to join Michael Jackson onstage during his performance of “Heal the World” in Argentina. “Héctor Caballero had brought him [Michael Jackson] and they needed children for ‘Heal the world’,” Pachano explained, adding with a laugh, “It was a bit dangerous, wasn’t it?” She recounted that when Jackson lifted her onstage, her parents and Valeria Lynch, who was married to Caballero at the time, excitedly exclaimed, “It’s Sofía!” Pachano then shared a humorous anecdote about her father’s reaction, stating that when he asked her how she felt, she replied, “He’s like you, he wears makeup like you.”

Pachano also touched upon the emotional impact of her pregnancy on her father, revealing that he initially reacted with fear due to his ongoing battle with cancer and a history of loss – her mother had passed away although pregnant with Pachano. “He was scared of repeating the story of what happened with me and my mom: she died when my mom was pregnant with me,” she shared. “There were months of ‘I’m not going to make it, I won’t be able to.’”
