NTT DATA Named Leader in Insurance GenAI Services by ISG Provider Lens®

TOKYO – NTT DATA Group Corporation today announced its recognition as a Leader in the ISG Provider Lens® Insurance Services – Strategic Capabilities (Insurance GenAI and Agentic AI Services) report. The report, released March 12, 2026, assessed 18 providers of GenAI services to the insurance industry.

According to the ISG report, NTT DATA distinguished itself through comprehensive offerings, a strong market presence and established competitive positioning. The analysis focused on providers’ GenAI capabilities, technical expertise, market reach, and ecosystem partnerships, evaluating how they address evolving enterprise needs within the insurance sector.
