The organization emphasizes diversity and inclusion, providing a supportive environment for all employees.

Further benefits include opportunities for professional development, health-promoting measures, social counseling services, and discounts on various goods and services. Employees with children are eligible for special vouchers. The minimum gross monthly salary for this full-time position (37 or 38 hours per week) is €6,000, with potential for higher compensation based on qualifications and experience. Caritas actively encourages applications from individuals who contribute to the diversity of the organization, including those with disabilities, who will receive dedicated support through the organization’s disability representatives and Ability Management program.
