The White House is reportedly considering a list of potential candidates to succeed US Federal Reserve Chair Jerome Powell. This list, according to recent reports, includes several prominent figures from the financial sector.

The current list of potential candidates includes eleven individuals. Two government employees were referenced by CNBC in recent reports.

Among the new names on the list are David Zervos, the chief market strategist at investment bank Jefferies, and Rick Rieder, the investment manager for global bonds at Blackrock. Also included is former Fed governor Larry Lindsey.
