A “drink of water” ends the life of a child in Gharbia… and preliminary investigations reveal

A child died in the Seeger area of ​​the First Division of Tanta in Gharbia Governorate, today, Saturday, as a result of a sharp drop in blood circulation following drinking ice water while playing.

Major General Hani Owais, Director of Gharbia Security, had received a notification from the Tanta University Hospital point of the arrival of the lifeless child, Samir Muhammad Al-Ghazali, 5 years old, residing in the Sejer Awal Tanta area.

Initial investigations revealed that the child “Samir” was playing and drinking ice water, which caused a sharp drop in blood circulation that led to his death.

The necessary legal report was drawn up, and the Public Prosecution office was notified, which ordered that all necessary legal measures be taken regarding the incident.
