A fire broke out this evening, Wednesday, in a forest in the Talassemtane Park of the Talmbout commune, Chefchaouen province.

And according to what was reported by the associative activist Abdelali Al-Habati, efforts have been going on for two hours by the firefighting elements consisting of civil protection, auxiliary forces, the local authority, water and forest elements, and the royal gendarmerie.

The same source confirmed that civil society and the residents of the area, in turn, are participating in the process of extinguishing the fire.

The same source indicated that the fire is under control until now, and it is expected to be completely extinguished within the next few hours.
