The price of the dollar jumped between 4 and 11 piasters once morest the pound in 10 banks by midday on Wednesday, compared to its level in morning trading.

Banque Misr: EGP 18.51 for buying, and EGP 18.57 for selling, with an increase of 4 piasters.
Alex Bank: EGP 18.52 for buying, and EGP 18.59 for selling, an increase of 4 piasters.
Banque du Caire: 18.55 pounds for purchase, and 18.62 pounds for sale, an increase of 7 piasters.
Commercial International Bank: EGP 18.56 for buying, and EGP 18.62 for selling, an increase of 7 piasters.
Arab African International Bank: EGP 18.49 for buying, and EGP 18.59 for selling, an increase of 4 piasters.
Suez Canal Bank: 18.52 pounds for purchase, and 18.62 pounds for sale, an increase of 7 piasters.
