Al-Marsad newspaper: Health centers in Syria refused to receive a man who was infected with rabies in the countryside of Raqqa, in the Debsiyah region, according to Russia Today.

Activists in Syria had circulated a video clip on social media that documented a man inside a truck showing signs of illness.

The video showed the voice of a man asking the patient for his name, but the latter did not respond with words, but with “barking.”

He revealed that one of the people shouted at a woman accompanying the patient and ordered her to be silent, while another person confirmed that he is a doctor and will not give the patient with rabies a needle, asking the woman to take him to Al-Razi Hospital in Aleppo.
