A man opened fire on Tuesday in a kindergarten in the Ulyanovsk region, in central Russia, killing two children and a teacher before committing suicide.
“According to preliminary information, there was shooting at a kindergarten. Two children died, a teacher and the attacker too,” said Dmitri Kamal, a spokesman for the Ulyanovsk region.
The two children were aged three and six.
The track of a family drama would be mentioned by the investigators. The investigations are continuing.
