A rentier with several premises in the municipality of Carbajosa de la Sagrada (Samanca) has had a gesture that has pleased those responsible for business, to face large economic losses due to the state of alert derived from the coronavirus crisis. And it is that in the worst moments the best and worst of people come out.
One of the lucky ones is a 38-year-old dentist, who runs a small dental clinic in the aforementioned municipality of Salamanca. Her name is Fátima Salek and last Monday, the first business day after the forced closure of shops by decree, except for those of first necessity, she contacted the owner to ask him what was going to happen, reports La Tribuna de Salamanca.
She, who was born in the Saharawi refugee camps in Tindouf, had already religiously paid the monthly fee for March and was very puzzled by the uncertainty that awaits us. To his amazement, the owner told him that the rent payment was forgiven for a month (April) and that the measure could be extended depending on the evolution of the pandemic. She did the same with the managers of other premises, according to what she found out after learning about it.
His surprise, to which his joy was capital, and he took the opportunity to thank him for that great gesture. «You have to be supportive.
I have donated masks or attend to a patient who is in pain to prevent them from going to the Hospital or the health center, it is the right thing to do, “he explained to the aforementioned newspaper. .
