According to the Spanish newspaper “AS”, Benzema will receive a reward from his club Real Madrid amounting to one million euros to be crowned with the Golden Ball, according to what is stipulated in one of the clauses in his current contract.
The newspaper adds that there is also another clause that allows the current contract to be automatically extended until 2024 in the event that Benzema is crowned with the Golden Ball.
