Al-Marsad newspaper: A spokesperson for the Jeddah Municipality said that the main objective of the decision to demand the owners of white lands to fence it is to save properties from encroachments and treat visual distortion.
He added during an interview on Al-Ikhbariya channel: A deadline has been announced for all owners in the city of Jeddah, which ends on 1 Dhu al-Hijjah, corresponding to July 1, and this deadline allows owners to review engineering offices to find out the status and fencing of their lands.
He continued: The main objective of this initiative and this decision is to save property from encroachment or exploitation, and the second goal is to preserve public utilities, because many of the lands of space are dumped in it and cause visual distortion, and with the cooperation of the owners, we will address this problem.
