Josema Giménez’s anger was reflected not only in her protests to the referee and the elbow she hit a FIFA official, but also in a video that circulated hours following the Uruguayan elimination in which she calls the referees “thieves”.
“They are a bunch of thieves, these sons of bitches,” shouts the Atlético de Madrid defender, looking at the camera. “Yes, record me, his mother’s shell,” he insists, while a colleague seeks to calm him down so that he stops insulting the camera.
