Syrian TV reported that several people were injured in a car bomb explosion in the Mezzeh area of Damascus, on Sunday evening.
Syrian TV said that there were a number of injured people who happened to be passing by during the car bomb explosion in Mezzeh, including two children.
He added that the packaging that was placed in the car was of the type of sticky packaging, which caused damage, stressing that the losses were limited to material.
According to Syrian TV, the explosion occurred in a residential area, and the authorities and security services have opened an investigation into the incident.
