Athens/Vienna/Zagreb – An Austrian national and a Croatian football fan living in Vienna have been in custody in Athens for around a week in connection with hooligans’ riots ahead of the Champions League qualifier between AEK Athens and Croatian club Dinamo Zagreb. The Ministry of Foreign Affairs confirmed this to APA on Wednesday. A Greek fan was killed in the riots of around 150 Croatian hooligans in the Athens suburb.
