A new accident joins incidents resulting from the construction work of the new axis in Boulaq El Dakrour area, west of Giza.

On Friday evening, Major General Muhammad al-Sharqawi, Director of Giza Investigations, received a notification from the Police Rescue that an accident had occurred in the Kamal Amer axis in front of the Boulaq al-Dakrour police station, and that there were injured people.

The command of the West Division moved to the Al-Balagh location, and the examination, under the supervision of Colonel Muhammad Al-Saghir, revealed that a winch had fallen from the third floor to the second in the new bridge, specifically the link coming from Lebanon Square to Al-Munib.

A security source stated that the accident resulted in two injured people, who were transferred to Umm Al-Masryeen Hospital for treatment, and the necessary report was issued, and Major General Hisham Abu Al-Nasr, Director of Giza Security, was notified of the incident.
