Al-Marsad newspaper: A young man in Tabuk was surprised, before his marriage, by a strange request from the father of the bride, who became close to him.
The young man explained that the father of his fiancée stipulated, prior to the arrival of the legal guardian, that he register his daughter in her marriage contract that he did not object to his daughter taking shisha as an irreversible prerequisite, so that her consumption of shisha would not be a reason for divorce later, according to “Al-Wi’am”.
The young man expressed his complete rejection and resentment of this demand, wondering at the same time whether the legal authorized person can register this condition in the legal marriage contract or not.
