NNA – ABC Store – Diba issued an explanatory statement in which it said: “ABC Store is important to reassure its customers and neighbors that the smoke that was seen yesterday in the vicinity of the store was the result of a malfunction in the kitchen hood of one of the restaurants and that there was no fire.”
He pointed out that “the picture circulating in the media does not match the incident last night.”
He continued: “We confirm that this defect was addressed immediately, and did not cause any harm to our customers, partners, or the building itself, materially or morally. We stress our commitment to upholding the highest standards of safety and operational excellence, which ensures an enjoyable experience for all patrons of this ancient store.”
