According to the report, the case of abduction and murder of 4 persons, including a policeman, against Uzair Baloch and others was heard in the Anti-Terrorism Court, where the statements of the accused were recorded after the hearing.

Aziz Baloch in his statement rejected the allegations of murder and said that I have nothing to do with this murder and the case, I have been implicated in false allegations.

The court adjourned the hearing after seeking final arguments from the lawyers of the parties for the next hearing.

According to the police, on August 1, 2010, policemen Lala Amin, Sher Afzal Khan and Ghazi Khan were killed. The accused were accused of kidnapping the policemen and handing them over to Uzair Baloch.

While Uzair Baloch along with his accomplices Sikandar alias Sku, Sarwar Baloch and Akbar Baloch killed these officials, the accused killed the victims and buried the bodies in the graveyard.

It should be noted that a case has been registered against Uzair Baloch and other accused in New Town police station.
