Abu Dhabi Investments joins consortium to buy healthcare company for $15 billion

Bloomberg revealed that Abu Dhabi Investment Authority to a consortium led by KKR investment firm to buy Australian healthcare company Ramsay for $15 billion.

The company operates a network of private hospitals in Australia and Europe, where it revealed the value of the offer at regarding 65 dollars per share, which is regarding 37% higher than the closing price of the company last Tuesday.

If completed, the deal would be the third largest deal recorded in Australia, according to Bloomberg data.
