Padre Andrea Melisil priest arrested a few weeks ago for sexual abuse of minorsobtained from the investigating judge of Savona the release and the transfer to a community in Umbria intended for the care of predatory sexual crimes under arrest regime home.
The priest has been in the facility for a few weeks now, where he will be cared for by a team of psychologists and psychiatrists. It is a community accredited by the CEI within which mixed personnel work on a medical (psychological and psychiatric) level, together with priestsand is intended for therapy of religious people who have committed crimes similar to those accused of him. It will be a long-term path which must take procedural requirements into account. The isolated place in which it is located responds to the precautionary needs already requested by the investigators and the court (first of Genoa and then of Savona) to which the documents were sent for territorial jurisdiction.
