Vienna – Austria intends to posthumously revoke the badge of honor of the Republic of Austria from the former West German Chancellor’s Office Minister and co-author of the Nuremberg Race Laws, Hans Globke. Constitutional Minister Karoline Edtstadler (ÖVP) pointed out to the German daily newspaper “Welt” (Friday) that a draft law by the federal government should make it possible to revoke the Republic’s badge of honour.
