Vienna – In connection with the terrorist attack in Vienna on November 2, 2020, the Supreme Court (OGH) partially overturned the first-instance judgments for several supporters of the Vienna attacker at the beginning of December due to deficiencies in the findings and ordered the trial to be re-conducted to this extent. It is now clear when this will begin. On February 7th, two men will have to stand trial before a jury for terrorist association.
