After a lawsuit from a cannabis start-up, the VfGH decides again on Corona funding – economic policy

Shortly before the start of the meetings of the committee of inquiry, the Constitutional Court (VfGH) has to deal once more with the Covid-19 financing agency (Cofag). Last fall, the Supreme Court repealed the agency’s legal basis – with a transition period until October 31, 2024. Until then, the funding can in principle continue to be processed, but court proceedings continue to arise in the ongoing proceedings. Cofag is currently facing 50 lawsuits.
