Asma Sharif Mounir resorted to shaving her hair because of her suffering with the “gland”.
Asma published a video clip while she was shaving her hair, via her Instagram account’s “Story”, commenting: “I have a lot of hair that falls rigid, and I decided on a very difficult decision.”
Asma Sharif Mounir said in the video: “The decision is not easy at all..and I feel that I am starting a new need from the first, and my hair was falling in length, because I have the gland and it is not controlled, so it was falling hard in the form of lumps, and I tried to control it, but I did not know and I felt that it was burnt.” And the hair will grow long once more.”
The artist, Sherine Abdel Wahab, preceded her by shaving her hair as a result of her time going through a psychological crisis and instability in her family life.
It is noteworthy that Asma is the daughter of the artist Sherif Mounir, and together they presented a program shown on channel ON E, called “Anna and My Girl”, during which they hosted a large group of art stars, including: Tamer Habib, Salwa Khattab, Dalia Mustafa, Hana Shiha, Ahmed Flux, Naglaa Badr, Ayten Amer, Amr Youssef, Elham Shaheen, Khaled Selim, Mostafa Khater, and Hana El Zahed.
