One of Belgium’s largest real estate owners, AG Real Estate, has sold the City Center office building to German insurer MEAG, reported litter.
The building in question is located next to the City2 shopping center, which remains the property of AG Real Estate. The office complex has an area of 31,000 m2, spread over eight floors.
Who occupies the building? Public bodies, such as City.Dev or the French Community, but also private actors, such as H&M.
The average lease term is seven years.
